To complete registration, parents or guardians must fully complete all sections of the Registration Form for each child enrolled in a Science 4 Kids club, class or event. Completion of this form is mandatory before a child can participate in any activity.
All Science 4 Kids sessions are delivered by staff or volunteers who have undergone appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
The Registration Form must be completed for every new registration and updated at least once per year. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete and kept up to date, including medical, emergency and safeguarding details.
All information will be stored securely and handled in accordance with our Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
